OpenDCS process library: Limit monitoring (DIntMon, AnaMon) does incorrectly trigger limits on > instead of >= (resp. < instead of <=)

Description

The following listed OpenDCS function blocks did does incorrectly trigger limits on > instead of >= (resp. < instead of <=).  
  • DIntMon V1
  • DIntMon V2
  • DIntMon V3
  • AnaMon V1
  • AnaMon V2
  • AnaMon V3
The issue has been addressed and the function block behavior is now as expected.  

To benefit from this fix:
  • Update your OpenDCS process library for Siemens TIA and update zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 15 or higher.
