Summary

• Json Files are updated now also in the HelpService.
• This is implemented by overwriting all Files of the HelpNavigator, if the version installed is older then the one to be installed (in Version 10)
• In version 8.20 there is only a check is the zenHelpService.exe is there. If yes, the HelpNavigator won't be installed. Because if 8.20 is installed, there is no use case to install "8.20 again". And if the HelpNavigator in Version 10 is already installed, we don't want to overwrite it by an older version.
  The only use case is: 8.20 deinstalled and installed again. The user will have to install the latest Buildupdate to have the newest Documentation.
