Summary

The zenon Process Gateway AccessIEC870Sl does not support properly the IEC 60870-5-104 Edition 2.0 redundancy mode of Data Link correctly since the extension for IPv6 support.

Description

The zenon IEC60870-5-104 Process Gateway does not work correctly in redundancy mode according to IEC 60870-5-104_ed2.0_b - section 10.  It closes the first Data Link when the master establishes the second. The issue was introduced by changes to add support of IPv6 and affects IPv4. 

This issue has been fixed. Redundancy now works as defined in IEC 60870-5-104_ed2.0_b - section 10.

To benefit from this fix:

  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 10 or higher.
