zenon Logic RT does not run after download of project with empty profile fields for a variable of T5BusIec850s driver.

Summary

Issue in a project with an "IEC 61850 Server incl. GOOSE" configuration, if a variable has the "IEC61850S" profile but empty parameters, e.g. the variable is created manually (instead by on/off-line import) and has not completed information. When downloading the application to the runtime, the RT ends unexpectedly.

The issue has been addressed in a check procedure; introduced new log entry about ignoring variable with empty profile information.
