zenon Logic: Ethernet/IP Adapter and Ethernet/IP Scanner will not be started in Logic Service

Description

In zenon Logic ServiceEthernet/IP Adapter and Ethernet/IP Scanner are not started, although they were configured correctly in Logic Studio. When starting the Logic Service they are not started as expected. Diagnosis Viewer logs indicate that components needed for execution are not found.

 

This error has been fixed. Ethernet/IP scanner and Ethernet/IP adapter are started correctly again in the Logic Service.

 

To benefit from this fix:

  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 12 or higher.
