Summary

The zenon IEC60870 driver does not set the status bit T_STD ("Standard time", e.g. winter time in Europe) - bit 30 - at the variable in zenon.

Description

The zenon IEC60870 driver does not set the status bit T_STD ("Standard time", e.g. winter time in Europe) - bit 30 - at the variable in zenon.

Solution

The issue was addressed in procedure evaluating the UTC time to local time. According if the time belongs to period of standard time or not the bit is set.

Note: this does not depend on the SU bit in the incoming tag CP56Time2a but only on the received date&time value.

Information

The T_STD bit in general is actually some recurrent information to timestamp self. If the time is in summer or winter you can see on date.

Note: the T_STD is not particularly corresponding to the SU bit in ASDU types that use CP56Time2a.
