zenon Editor – Styles. When changing the ‘Fill color’ of the ‘Fill style’, then the property ‘Gradient Color -> Automatic’ will be not updated as expected.

Summary

For a static element with fill options for example like for a created rectangle with property ‘Gradient color = Automatic’ selected and changing the value of ‘Fill color’ then the value of ‘Gradient color’ changes at the same time. But, when changing the same behavior at a ‘Fill style’, the ‘Gradient color‘ property will be not updated automatically.

Description

For a static element with fill options for example like for a created rectangle with property ‘Gradient color = Automatic’ selected and changing the value of ‘Fill color’ then the value of ‘Gradient color’ changes at the same time. But, when changing the same behavior at a ‘Fill style’, the ‘Gradient color‘ property will be not updated automatically.

Solution

An issue has been addressed at the update cycle of the ‘Fill Style’. Now, the ‘Gradient color’ updates properly, when changing the ‘Fill Color’ on the styles itself.

Information

A kind of workaround for updating the ‘Gradient color‘, when changing the property at the ‘Fill style’: Close and open the property window (clicking somewhere else and seeing other properties) and came back to the ‘Fill Style’, then the color will be also updated as expected.
