The TCP server of zenLogSrv.exe did not send TCP keep alive messages to check if the TCP connection is still available.
The issue has been addressed by automatically enabling TCP server now automatically enables the TCP keep alive for the listening socket 50780 of zenLogSrv.exe to clear TCP connections that are no longer available.
To benefit from this fix:
Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 12 or higher.
