xml import of scripts right after xml import of functions via API is delayed massively in bigger projects (e.g. up to 2 days for creating 150 scripts)

Description

The XML import of scripts right after a XML import of functions via API required too much time in bigger projects. 
The issue has been addressed and the XML import time has been massively reduced. 

To benefit from this fix: 
  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 14 or higher.
