x5BusIec850m: support for T_UNSYNC
Description
[Feature]: The zenon Logic IEC 61850 driver did not support T_UNSYNC.
The functional gap has been addressed, and the IEC 61850 driver behavior of the
T_UNSYNC support is now as expected.
To benefit from this fix:
- Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 15 or higher.
