In the Web Visualization Service the symbols were displayed differently between zenon version 14 and zenon version 15. 

The issue has been addressed and now the display of the symbols is independent from  the zenon version. 

To benefit from this fix: 

• Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 15 or higher.
