WVS: Special characters are shown incorrectly when used in a Combi Elements "Placeholder for Status Text"

In the Web Visualization Service (WVS), special characters are displayed incorrectly in the combined element. This has been fixed.
Description
If placeholders are used for condition texts in the combinedelement, these are not always displayed correctly. Some special
characters have an additional character. However, these texts are displayed
correctly in the native Service Engine.
This display error has been fixed. Special characters
in placeholders are displayed correctly in the WVS now.
To benefit from this fix:
- Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 12 or
higher.
