Wrong Variable IDs in Metadata-Table is imported from another project

Summary

The problem was caused by the virtual variable dependency check: this check did not recognize self-assignment of calculated variables. The check has been extended to prevent such situations. For existing databases that face this problem, the workaround has to be applied to get them working again.
