Wrong edit and insert behavior in Screen Archive revision for Service Grid Data Storage evacuation
Summary
The archive revision screen functionalities are now correctly enabled/disabled based on if the archive file is already evacuated to Data Storage or not. Additionally: based on the wrong detection, the save changes function was also not working properly before. Now, this also works the same as for SQL evacuation.

Additionally: based on the wrong detection, the save changes function was also not working properly before. Now, this also works the same as for SQL evacuation.
