When you create a command screen without the control 'lock comment', then in the Runtime a valid user with a valid lock code can't lock the data point. The action 'lock' fails without any message why not locking.
The workaround: place field 'Lock comment' in command screen out of frame area.

The check if the control 'comment' exists is removed now. Only controls 'user' and 'code' are monadatory.
