When the option 'GetNameList on DO' is active the IEC850 driver (Client) on Runtime start does not read the Report Control Blocks (RCB) from the affected device (IED). As consequence in the Runtime the driver does not enable (use) the Reports, neither automatically choisen URCBs nor statically assigned Buffered/Unbuffered.
In the Editor when this option is active, the RCBs can be successfully browsed and explicitly configured for use.

Issue addressed in association procedure.
There is a very simple workaround for the issue: create in zenon project one variable *[RP] (unbuffered) or *[BR] (buffered) pro Logical Device having Reports you want to use.
We recommend to create variables *RptEna[RP|BR] from the wished RCBs - e.g. LLN0/brcbA01/RptEna[BR] - as then (you can workaround the issue and) you have indicator - value RptEna=TRUE - if the RCB is in use.
