When updating a runtime on a specific Windows CE device, the final step of the update where running processes are closed, updated, and restarted, results in an error message "no update possible while transport service is running"
Solution
An issue has been addressed in the update of the CE runtime where a timeout was not sufficient to close the running transport service. Now the timeout has been increased and the update completes successfully
