Unnecessary messages created on standby server after primary server takes over before initial messages(created on standby server) were acknowledged. Those messages stay in its message control queue, and continuously create CEL entries until they are sent when standby server takes over again.

Unnecessary messages created on standby server after primary server takes over before initial messages(created on standby server) were acknowledged. Those messages stay in its message control queue, and continuously create CEL entries until they are sent when standby server takes over again.
Solution
The time out thread (safeguarding the acknowledge and hardware timeouts) will now terminate correctly after standby server - server switch.
