Unexpected State detected for License dongles

The license central indicates an unexpected state for a certain dongle if the state of the dongle - given in a license request or license confirmation file - does not match that one which is calculated by the license central.
A reason for this can be that the 'firm update counter' in the software dongle does not match that one what the license central expects.
Another reason could be, that the customer used an old license request or confirmation file.
In a very rare case it could be that the dongle has been copied (which should usually lead to a broken dongle). The state has been changed on one of the copies. Later, another copy tries to update or activate another license. Because the state has been changed on the initial dongle, the request or confirmation file on the copies stays outdated.

A supporter can accept the unexpected state if the supporter thinks the customer is trustworthy.

This sets the state of the dongle in the license central to the last one reported by the customer.
