When a system with a Runtime, Editor, Webserver or zenon Analyzer is stopped in an abrupt manner (hard shutdown) the license for this system on a remote Codemeter network dongle is not released. After a restart the runtime / ediotr / webserver or zenon Analyzer cannot obtain a license from the Codemeter Dongle, as the previous license is still in use.

An issue has been addressed in the Setup where a newer version of the CodeMeter Runtime is installed. The newer CodeMeter Runtime version resolves an issue where a client that was not closed properly, obtained multiple licenses under specific circumstances. With the newer CodeMeter Runtime version, if a client requests a license from the CodeMeter dongle, and this client already occupies a license, all licenses for this client are released and a new license is granted.
Note, that this issue is not resolved by installing the build setup of version 7192. The old 7.10 version needs to be uninstalled and the full 7.10 setup version 7192 needs to be installed. This issue is also resolved in the new Webserver Setup.
