Under specific circumstances administrator users cannot login in the Runtime.
Summary
It may happen that administrator users cannot login in the Runtime (Error: Invalid User) in projects that have been converted from previous versions.
Description
It may happen that administrator users cannot login in the Runtime (Error: Invalid User) in projects that have been converted from previous versions.
Solution
The issue has been fixed, so that on conversion of projects before version 7.00 and on XML-import the users always get a non-empty GUID.
Information
In already converted projects with a non-valid user GUID, i.e. "00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000", there are two possible workarounds:
- Delete all users with the GUID "00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000" and create new ones.
- Export all users to XML and delete the whole GUID entry "00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000" for each user. After this, delete all users in the Editor and import the modified XML file (Attention: This does not work if old users are not removed from the Editor).
