The variable selection dialog in the runtime incorrectly selects a linked variable for a recipe variable in the Recipegroup Manager screen
Summary
When selecting a linked variable for a recipe variable of the Recipegroup manager in the runtime that has the action type "link with PV", that already has a variable linked, a variable selection dialog is opened that allows selecting multiple variables.
Selecting a new variable without removing the existing variable first, adds two variables but does not link the new variable. Instead the old variable remains linked.

Solution
An issue has been addressed in the runtime where linking a variable for a recipe variable in the Recipegroup Manager screen opened an incorrect variable selection dialog that allows multiple variables to be linked. Now only one variable can be selected.
