The ALC.xml file does not contain the linked NodeID for ALC link elements when the link is used in another screen

Description
When an ALC "link" element is used in different screens, on one of the connected lines, the linked NodeID information is missing in the ALC.xml.
Solution
An issue has been addressed in the generation of the ALC.xml file where the ALC Links were not added for all lines. Now all NodeIds are correctly inserted into the ALC.xml file.
