Text-To-Speech sending method ignores the "Time Between Attempts" setting
Summary
Message Control messages that use Text-To-Speech as sending method are not using the "Time between attempts" setting from the Message Control node in the editor. This can cause messages after the first one not to be transmitted because several attempts are tried at once which very often are not allowed by the modem.
