SO - Improve Smart Object symbol usage

The handling of smart objects has been improved.

Description

Above all, the following have changed:

Multiple application of linking rules (as of zenon 11):
This allows zenon Logic variables to be exchanged correctly as well. For this an additional checkbox was implemented.
Adapted automatically set linking rules (as of zenon 10):
When dragging and dropping SO symbols, the rules are automatically adjusted.
SO symbols in screens via API (as of zenon 10):
Smart object symbols can now also be placed via the API.
