SNMP Driver crashes when the project is closed

Summary

zenon driver crashes on closing the Service Engine via exit button. This has been fixed.

Description

If the Service Engine is closed via the "Exit" system button, a driver may crash while the active connection is closed. This does not always occur. The error can affect any zenon driver if the timeout on closing the Service Engine is greater than 30 seconds.

This issue has been fixed. Closing the Service Engine no longer causes a driver crash.

To benefit from this fix:

  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 11 or higher.
