In the Service Engine,
an screen "dialog" is opened. Its frame has the properties "Always
in the foreground" and "Close after losing focus".
From this screen "dialog", a numeric keyboard is switched on for value input. Its frame
has the properties "Always in the foreground" and "Do
not close after losing focus".
As soon as a value is entered with the numeric keyboard and confirmed with OK, the previously opened screen is closed in addition to the numeric keyboard. However, if the OK button of the numeric keyboard is located exactly above the previously opened screen, only the numeric keyboard will be closed. The previously opened screen remains open.
Cause:
With multi-touch operation, after the keyboard is closed, there is an additional click in the now free space below. This is interpreted by the previously opened image as a loss of focus.
This behavior does not occur with the multi-touch detection of Windows 7. This behavior also does not occur with mouse operation.
Solution:
The behavior with multi-touch for Windows 8 has been changed. Clicking OK is only applied to the keyboard. Opened Screens are no longer closed due to loss of focus.
