Under certain circumstances, a Service Engineclient does not fully re-establish the interrupted connection to the primary server.

If the Service Engine client is restarted while the Service Engine server is not responding, the Service Engine client will not be able to reconnect once the Service Engine server resumes normal operation. States and values are not updated. Only after the client is restarted will it display the correct states and values again.

Cause:

If the Service Engine client is stopped when the Service Engine server is not responding, the connection may not be released properly depending on the timing. This means that  no new connection is established when the  Service Engine client is restarted. 

Now the respective condition is documented via log messages at debug level in the "Net" network module.
