The S7TCP driver failed to connect to specific WinLC RTX devices after upgrading to V15 because the devices sent COTP packets with zero-length payloads, which the driver rejected.

The issue has been addressed and the behavior is now as expected. 

To benefit from this fix:

• Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 15 or higher.
