If an ActiveX element is used in a screen that uses an ActiveX component that is not registered on the system, the runtime quits unexpectedly when opening the screen that contains the ActiveX element.

Description

If an ActiveX element is used in a screen that uses an ActiveX component that is not registered on the system, the runtime quits unexpectedly when opening the screen that contains the ActiveX element.

Solution

An issue was addressed that occured when ActiveX elements could not be created successfully. Now, the runtime should carry on working with the ActiveX element not being displayed on the screen.

Information

This issue can occur when using 32 Bit/64 Bit runtime environments in combination with ActiveX. If both architectures are used, ensure that ActiveX components are available for each architecture.
