Runtime closes unexpectedly while printing the AML with an overstepped ring buffer limit.

Summary

Runtime is not able to handle printing the alarm message list when the number of alarms has overstepped the size of the ring buffer. Issue only occurs when the ring buffer size is overstepped and the ring buffer settings are set to either "first in first out" or "last in first out" and works correctly if "reject new" is set. When issue occurs the print file is erroneous.
