RGM: The Authorization level defined for the variables and the recipes seems to be added
Description
The Authorization level defined in the Recipe Group Manager did not work correct, which made it impossible to change variables and recipes. In case of a change an error message popped up, that a higher level is required.
The issue has been addressed and the Authorization level behavior is now as expected.
