RGM - some (RGM)CEL entries get logged twice if you use primary and standby server

Description

RGM CEL entries have been logged twice. 
The issue has been addressed and each RGM CEL entry is now logged only once. 

To benefit from this fix: 

  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 10 or higher.
