Process Gateway ICCP cannot create data set when the request contains optional objects like Transfer_Set_Name

Summary

In ICCP Standard it is defined that the data set can be created with optional items like e.g. Transfer_Set_Name, DSCondition_Detected. The ICCP Server in zenon Process Gateway refuses to create such data set. It makes not possible to establish spontaneous communication with some ICCP clients where these options are not configurable.
