PR: Configurable Preloaded WVS Instances for Improved Startup Performance

Description

[Feature]: The WVS Ops Manager only started one WVS Client in advance.
The functional gap has been addressed and the WVS Ops Manager Controller now offers a configuration how many WVS clients should be started in advance. The Ops-Manager takes the new settings into account. For version 15 this is configurable only via a configuration file.

To benefit from this fix:
  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 15 or higher.
