Potential crash due to access of deleted memory in CD_CThread

Description

Potential access to deleted memory in CD_CThread led to unexpected behavior in certain cases. 
The issue has been addressed by improving thread management.
 
To benefit from this fix: 
  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 10 or higher.
