Parallel reading of AML and CEL data from SQL locks all SQL operation on the system

Description

In a network environment, an endless progress bar may be shown in the Service Engine Server when clients try to read/access Alarm or Event data from SQL database simultaneously. As multiple clients requests can be pending, clicking on Cancel button in the progress bar displayed in the Server only allows to fetch partial data to the first Client performing the request.
The issue has been addressed and the parallel reading of AML and CEL data from SQL does not lock SQL operations anymore.

To benefit from this fix: 
  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 11 or higher.
