Orchestration Studio: Autoscaling only works with a second object with a data assembly
Description
Orchestration
Studio's autoscaling failed to scale an MTP without a data-assembly because the
autoscaling logic only activated when a second object with a data-assembly was
present.
The issue has been
addressed and the behavior is now as expected.
