Opening existing files in the System Information Collector (SIC) is not possible

Opening files which have been created with an older version of the System Information Collector were can not be opened in the current version any more. Either no information is displayed, or a message box pops up with the information that "filename.zqf has bad format".
Description
Opening files which have been created with an older version of the System Information Collector were can not be opened in the current version any more. Either no information is displayed, or a message box pops up with the information that "filename.zqf has bad format".
Solution
An issue has been fixed where the format of saved SIC scans has changed and therefor was not compatible any more. After the fix, files created with older versions can be opened again in the current version.
