If endpoints or communication parameters for the OPC UA Process
Gateway are changed in the Engineering Studio, a full reload is
necessary in the Service Engine. This involves closing and re-establishing the
client connection. After a full reload, a deadlock may be displayed in the
Windows task manager when analyzing the wait chain for the zenProcGateway.exe.
In addition, depending on the zenon version, further errors can occur, such as:
localeIdArray is not available in the server node, alarms cannot be queried
and/or authentication fails because the user information is not available.
This error has been fixed. The OPC UA Process Gateway now works as expected again after a full reload and all functionalities are available.
