OEM.xml for remsdaq refers to a not existing license portal.

Summary

The offline activation URL for the license manager in Remsdaq/Celeste installations is pointing to a non-existent web page.

To solve this, replace the term 'remsdaq' by 'copadata' in the URL of the entries with id 1 to 3 in the OEM.xml.

e.g.:

...https://copadata-license.copadata.com...

The OEM.xml file is stored in %Program Files (x86)%\Common Files\COPA-DATA\STARTUP\OEM.xml.

  • 2 (ACTIVATION_RECEIPT_UPLOAD_URL)
  • 3 (ACTIVATION_RETURN_UPLOAD_URL)

in the file %Program Files (x86)%\Common Files\COPA-DATA\STARTUP\OEM.xml. replace 'remsdaq' by 'copadata' in URL.
