Not all Alarm Conditions are forwarded from the OPC UA server
Summary
Alarm conditions are only forwarded in OPC UA server if they come from a projected limit. When the alarm condition is generated with a reaction matrix it is not considered in the OPC UA server.

Alarm conditions are only forwarded in OPC UA server if they come from a projected limit. When the alarm condition is generated with a reaction matrix it is not considered in the OPC UA server.
Solution
Alarms generated with the use of reaction matrices are now also supported in the OPC UA server
