Multiple identical ROT entries for zenrt32.exe (VWS Clients & SE) cause undefined behavior

Description

Every running zenrt32.exe of the Web Visualization Service Clients registered itself 
in the Running Object Table (ROT). This led to multiple identical entries for the APPID of the zenon Service Engine. This inconsistency made it impossible to reliably identify the correct instance when the Server Service Engine and the VWS Clients were running on the same machine.
The issue has been addressed and now WVS clients are no longer registered in the ROT. 
 
To benefit from this fix: 
  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 15 or higher.
