MSI Interface: Language table support

Description

[Feature]: The MSI Interface did not support Language tables
The functional gap has been addressed and the MSI Interface now supports Language tables in a way that it is possible to configure the desired language in which the content of exception messages is sent.  

To benefit from this fix:
  • Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 12 or higher.
