[MSI Interface] Authentication levels are not interpreted for AD users
Description
In the MSI Interface Configuration Tool it is possible to set an Authorization level. If an Authorization level is set, users without the required level cannot make any changes.
This only worked for local users, but not for Active Directory users who were not permitted to do so, even if they had the correct Authorization level via a group.
The issue has been addressed and now the behavior of the Active Directory users is as expected.
To benefit from this fix:
- Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 12 or higher.
- Create the following system variable [User Administration] Current authorization group 1 and configure it in the MSI Interface Configurator.
