Metering Point Administration may be used while the runtime server is offline

Summary

In a network project all clients may use the Metering Point Administration without limitations. Data generated through user inputs in the tool is stored in zenon and in the SQL database. In case the runtime server is offline, a client would still allow to use the Metering Point Adminstration but only update information in the SQL database. This leads to inconsistant data stored in zenon and in the database.

Description

In a network project all clients may use the Metering Point Administration without limitations. Data generated through user inputs in the tool is stored in zenon and in the SQL database. In case the runtime server is offline, a client would still allow to use the Metering Point Adminstration but only update information in the SQL database. This leads to inconsistant data stored in zenon and in the database.

Solution

A mechanism has been implemented to verify that the runtime server is online when working with the metering point administration tool. Once the server is offline, the tool is locked. With this it it not possible to generate inconsistant data.
