Messages that are created before runtime is exited can't be ackknowledged properly after runtime is restarted

Summary

When a message is created by Message Control, the runtime is exited and restarted again, the message can't be acknowledged properly in certain circumstances.

Description

When a message is created by Message Control, the runtime is exited and restarted again, the message can't be acknowledged properly in certain circumstances.

Solution

An issue was addressed in the Message Control module that prevented messages to be acknowledged after a restart of the runtime before a new message was sent. Now, messages can be acknowledged properly after a restart of the runtime.
