In Message Control, the Service Engine freezes when the VOIP server is not available. It can only be stopped via the Task Manager.
This behavior occurs in zenon versions:

• 8.10 (from build 114392)
• 8.20 (from build 114527)
• 10 (from build 114403)
• 11 (from build 114405)
• 12 (from build 114148)

This bug has been fixed. A missing VOIP server no longer leads to a deadlock, the Service Engine is still available.

To benefit from this fix:

• Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 8.10 or higher.
