Message Control: Service Engine is freezing when the VOIP Server is not available
Description
In Message Control, the Service Engine freezes when the VOIP server is not
available. It can only be stopped via the Task Manager.
This behavior occurs in zenon versions:
- 8.10 (from build 114392)
- 8.20 (from build 114527)
- 10 (from build 114403)
- 11 (from build 114405)
- 12 (from build 114148)
This bug has been fixed. A missing VOIP server no
longer leads to a deadlock, the Service Engine is still available.
To benefit from this fix:
- Update your zenon Software Platform to the latest build of zenon 8.10 or
higher.
