Message Control: messages are queued up due a 10 second delay in the communication process

Description

A 10 seconds delay was caused when Message Control messages were sent without authentication and encryption. This is because corresponding mailservers do not expect messages without authentication and encryption.

The issue has been addressed and the behavior is now as expected.
