When changes are made to the Recipegroup Manager in the editor in a project enabled for distributed engineering, after changes to the Recipegroup Manager are enabled, these changes are lost when the project is synchronized before these changes are accepted. After synchronization the server version is taken over again.
A project automatically synchronizes when the project is loaded. For example when the editor is started or the workspace is opened. A synchronize can also be triggered manually.

An issue has been addressed in the Recipegroup Manager where after changes were enabled, the local changes were overwritten when synchronizing with the server project before accepting the changes. Now the local changes are not overwritten with the server version and retained locally.
